Great service and a family run type store atmosphere. It's more non-commercial oriented compared to other more pro-focused venues like Brico Depot etc. Not too crowded and a very nice atmosphere to look for DIY things you need for around the house and garden.

Second visit because I was missing tiles. Staff on the shelves always very pleasant and with good advice. When you go to checkout, the welcome is great. I recommend !! See you soon for other purchases

I came to the store on Saturday (02/12/23) because two electric space heaters purchased 1.5 years ago were no longer working. Frank from after-sales service quickly exchanged the two products which were in stock. Good service and welcome although it would also be useful to give the possibility of making an appointment online - at present you have to telephone or go to the store to try your luck - and to indicate whether the product is defective can be exchanged during the in-store visit.

Friendly staff who do not hesitate to recommend other merchants when they do not have the catalog reference. Pretty cool . Cash management sometimes a little complicated depending on the day
